Who knows where your rubbish goes

In March there was a web design workshop conducted with students from local schools. We were fortunate to have web designer Andrew Drane facilitate the workshop for us.

Students were given an overview of internet principals and then asked to convert various kinds of material to make it web compatible. They were asked to re-size images and then make comments about these images and how they though they related to the river as part of their individual projects.

The web design workshop was an important one for this project, as it gives a format for much of the material to be viewed on a much broader scale. It is also a medium of the future that the students wanted to engage with and were eager to learn more about.
